This refund policy for Medium Phormat LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why refunds and returns work when you use our services ("Services").

Wo not accept returns of Services in any case.
REFUNDS
A refund will only be offered if we are unable to complete your purchased photoshoot for any reason.
Each refund request is dealt with on a case-by-cases, and in some instances we will offer a full credit toward your next photoshoot instead of a monetary refund.
No refunds are offered on any purchase of digital downloads completed directly on our website.
CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your Services within 24 hours of either: us receiving your products in the mail, or you purchasing Services where a photoshoot can take place without the need to ship any products to us. Whichever comes first.
We reserve the right to cancel your photoshoot at any time.
